Dear friends please don't buy any electric two wheeler or four wheeler bcos I have purchased chetak ev lot of problems I am facing since when I buy like mostly two battery one for buttons another for running scooter my scooter totally dead in my house bcos of starter battery become dead within six month only...

Disagree with points here. Went to showroom and tried out the Jimmy. Biggest downside is price value proposition. Second is the interiors is very small. I am 6' and the seat was just half my thigh length. Ingress/egress at rear and space is horrible. Lastly how many want 4x4?

Increase tyre size. Raise it a bit. Reduce price. Add more rugged accessories as optional. It'll sell.

My jimny is 8 months old now all body start rattling. Door back door and under body suspension start making noise. From my point of view the vehicle is poorly designed and under power. Those who thing jimny is great must have use it only in tarmac. But as for me 20% off-road 80% on road found it not worth the price.

Nicely discussed... yes jimny is indeed a great product ..may be MSIL need to bump up bhp & torque moderately i.e atleast 20 extra ponies either to the existing engine or stretch the cc to 1750cc to achieve a respectable midrange pull in highways..one of the core qualities of a lifestyle vehicle...

Make it taller, wider and see the sales go up. Majority of People here buy an suv for its road presence, size, butch image, all of which the Jimny lacks. Less than 5% people actually care for or make use of the 4x4. So fix it's dimensions..maybe bring a Jimny XL and see it's sales go up. Also the price is too optimistic. They need to come down to earth.. lol!

I think it's not worth spending 7L for a Linear powered 500cc twin Cylinder. Better to buy a used Versys 650 at 5L for road trips (it will have all accessories) and a new xpulse worth 1.5L for city and offroad. U still left with 1.5L amount (saved 1L from buying all touring accessories for Nx500 i.e. guards, light, top box ) use that amount for fuel and wear n tear parts.

Before my purchase for a Second car, when I compared Jimny with Thar(Studied it and Drove both) .Jimny scored way above the Thar 1) Legacy: Jimny scored 2)Ride comfort: Jimny 3) Off road performance: Jimny 4) Fuel efficiency:Jimny 5)Less Maintenance Cost and Spare Parts cost : Jimny I considers Power without ride quality is useless ..Keeping in mind Thar is bumpy even on open highways.. On road presence ..Thar being huge and Jimny being cute both turns heads..

Jimny with a 2L Thar diesel engine would be wild 🤪
